The Sixth Branch is committed to protecting your privacy. Please read the Online Privacy Statement below
and also any supplemental information referred to.

The Sixth Branch Online Privacy Statement applies to those sites and services that display or link to
this notice, as well as any data collected online by The Sixth Branch. It does not apply to those sites
and services that do not display or link to this statement, or that have their own privacy statements.

COLLECTION OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

On some of The Sixth Branch's sites, we may ask you to provide personal information, such as your
e-mail address, name, mailing address, or telephone number.

In order to offer you a more consistent and personalized experience in your interactions with The Sixth
Branch, information collected through one service may be combined with information obtained through
another service.

USE OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

The Sixth Branch may use your personal information to communicate with you. We may send certain
mandatory service communications such as welcome letters, opt-in and opt-out confirmations, and payment
receipts. Additionally, with your permission, we may send you information about upcoming events,
non-profit status updates, and the like.

SHARING OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

Except as described in this statement, we will not disclose your personal information outside of The
Sixth Branch and its controlled affiliates without your consent.

We occasionally hire other companies to provide limited services on our behalf, such as hosting
websites, processing transactions, or performing statistical analysis of our services. Those service
providers will be permitted to obtain only the personal information they need to deliver the service.
They are required to maintain the confidentiality of the information and are prohibited from using it for
any other purpose. However, for credit card processing, our fraud detection vendors may use aggregate data
to help improve their service. This helps them more accurately detect fraudulent uses of credit cards. We
may access or disclose information about you, including the content of your communications, in order to:
(a) comply with the law or respond to lawful requests or legal process; (b) protect the rights or property
of The Sixth Branch or our customers, including the enforcement of our agreements or policies governing your
use of the services; or (c) act on a good faith belief that such access or disclosure is necessary to protect
the personal safety of The Sixth Branch staff or the public.

ACCESSING, CHANGING, OR REMOVING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

If you would like to view or change your personal information, please contact our Executive Director by
telephone phone or e-mail. To change your e-mail address for our mailing list feature, please follow
the instructions provided on our website.

At any time, for any reason, you may ask to have your personal information removed from our databases.
This can be accomplished by sending an e-mail to our Executive Director. Actions will be initiated quickly
to address your concern inasmuch as is allowed by law and the record-keeping guidelines of the IRS.

COMMUNICATION PREFERENCES

You can stop delivery of future newsletter e-mails from The Sixth Branch by following the directions on
our website. You also have the option of proactively making choices about the degree of communication you
would like to receive from The Sixth Branch. On sign-up, you can elect to be added to our Full Mailing
List or to our Events-only Mailing List.

COLLECTION AND USE OF CHILDREN'S PERSONAL INFORMATION

We request that children under the age of 13 do not use The Sixth Branch's services.

USE OF SPECIFIC TECHNOLOGIES

The Sixth Branch does not make use of cookies or web beacons to track web usage.

To process payment transactions, such as the purchasing of tickets or in-cash donations, The Sixth Branch
uses the PayPal service. PayPal provides secure processing of payment transactions via secure internet
technologies such as SSL and HTTPS.

Aside from payment transactions, all of The Sixth Branch's websites and internet-based communication use
regular HTTP technologies which do not encrypt data transmissions. If you have any concerns about the use
of our technologies and the safety of your personal information, please do not hesitate to contact our
