On May 25th, 2010 the 6th Branch joined forces with Tree Baltimore and the Jones Fall Watershed Association to help beautify and protect Baltimore’s watershed by planting trees. The team worked vigorously to plant about 10 young trees along the Zen Garden on the north side of Druid Hill park. With some help from Nicole, a staff member of the Jones Fall Watershed Association, we were educated about the benefit that these trees provide to the watershed. It was great opportunity to learn about and help our local environment.
